VP HUMAN RESOURCES
Responsibilities in the following Human Resources Functional areas:

1. Company Rules, HR Policy Development and Documentation,
2. Recruiting and Staffing, Organizational Development,
3. Performance Management and Improvement Systems; Compensation and benefits administration,
4. Employment and Compliance to Regulatory concerns and reporting (Industrial/Employee Relation & Government Relations in the area of Industrial/ Employee Relations),
5. Employee Orientation, Development, and Training.

Requirements:

* At least 7-10 year(s) of working experience in the HR field in reputable institution,
* Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree, Law, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent,
* Required skill(s): HR Activity, HR Duties, General HR Functions, Employee Relations, Employee Benefits and Compensation, Employee Recruitment & Development,
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
